Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At Soulful Connections with Geeta, we strive to provide the best possible spiritual guidance, healing, and learning experiences through our Tarot Readings, Reiki Workshops, Meditation, Crystal Therapy, and Numerology sessions.
Because our services are personalized, time-bound, and energy-based, we maintain a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy.
2. Session Bookings (Tarot, Reiki, Meditation, Crystal Therapy, Numerology)

Clients may reschedule their session once, if informed at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Once a session is completed, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

In case of unavoidable emergencies, special consideration may be offered at the discretion of Soulful Connections with Geeta.
3. Workshops, Courses & Events

Workshop and training registrations are non-refundable, as each seat is reserved and pre-planned.

Participants who cannot attend may request a one-time transfer of their registration to another batch or nominee (subject to approval and availability).

Requests for transfer must be made at least 48 hours before the event start date.
4. Online Programs & Digital Content

Purchases of downloadable or online courses, meditation guides, or other digital content are final and non-refundable.

Access issues due to internet connectivity, user device errors, or third-party platform outages do not qualify for refunds.
5. Technical Errors & Double Payments

In case of duplicate or failed transactions, please email enquiry@soulfulconnections.co.in with transaction details.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Service Delays or Cancellations by Us
If a session or workshop is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, health, or scheduling conflicts):

You will be offered a full reschedule or a complete refund at your choice.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Refund Processing

All refunds (when applicable) are processed via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, or bank transfer).
