Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and trust, and we strive to provide every client with a meaningful and professional experience. This Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy explains the terms applicable to bookings made through https://www.soulfulgeetaa.com.

By booking any consultation, workshop, event, or service with Soulful Geetaa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Scope of this Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Soulful Geetaa, including but not limited to:

  • Tarot Reading & Self-Discovery

  • Reiki Healing Sessions

  • Reiki Workshops & Training

  • Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions

  • Crystal Therapy

  • Numerology Consultations

  • Spiritual Guidance Sessions

  • Online Workshops

  • Offline Workshops

  • Events and Programs

  • Digital learning sessions (where applicable)

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment (where applicable);

  • Receipt of a confirmation email, message, or other confirmation from Soulful Geetaa.

Please review your booking details carefully and contact us promptly if you notice any errors.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session or workshop:

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible by contacting us using the details provided below.

  • Requests are subject to the terms described in this policy.

4. Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise.

Subject to availability:

  • One complimentary rescheduling request may be permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or workshop.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may be accepted at the sole discretion of Soulful Geetaa.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be accommodated.

5. Refund Policy

Because our services involve reserving dedicated time, preparation, and personalized guidance, refunds are handled as follows:

Eligible for Refund

A full or partial refund may be considered if:

  • Soulful Geetaa cancels the session or workshop and an alternative date cannot be arranged.

  • A duplicate payment has been made.

  • A payment has been processed due to a verified technical error.

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after booking.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session.

  • Late arrival resulting in reduced session time.

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on personal expectations regarding spiritual guidance or intuitive insights.

  • Services that have already been fully delivered.

  • Digital content, recordings, downloadable materials, or workshop resources that have already been accessed or delivered.

6. Cancellation by Soulful Geetaa

In rare circumstances, Soulful Geetaa may need to cancel or postpone a session due to:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Technical issues

  • Unforeseen personal circumstances

  • Force majeure events

  • Operational reasons

Where possible, clients will be offered:

  • A rescheduled appointment; or

  • A refund if rescheduling is not feasible.

7. Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)

If a client:

  • Does not attend the scheduled appointment,

  • Cannot be contacted at the scheduled time,

  • Joins significantly late without prior notice,

the appointment may be treated as a No-Show.

In such cases:

  • The session may be considered completed.

  • Refunds will generally not be provided.

  • Rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of Soulful Geetaa.

8. Digital Services

Digital Courses & Video Content

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of recorded video courses, online learning programs, downloadable materials, and digital resources are generally final.

Once access to the purchased content has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not ordinarily be available except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified technical issue that cannot reasonably be resolved.

For online consultations, webinars, workshops, recordings, downloadable resources, or other digital offerings:

  • Access provided after purchase is considered delivery of the service.

  • Once access has been granted or content has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

  • Course Access Issues

  • If you experience difficulty accessing purchased content because of a technical issue, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resolve the issue before considering any refund.

9. Return Policy

At present, Soulful Geetaa primarily provides consultations, workshops, training programs, and digital services.

As these services are intangible and personalized, physical returns do not apply.

If Soulful Geetaa introduces physical products in the future, the applicable return policy will be published separately.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times generally range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

  • Actual credit timelines may vary based on your bank or payment service provider.

11. Exceptional Circumstances

Soulful Geetaa understands that genuine emergencies may occur.

Requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.

Approval of any exception remains solely at the discretion of Soulful Geetaa and shall not create a precedent for future requests.
